Whether I’m designing a logo or an annual report, I kick off every project with a research and discovery phase. I believe design should not only look good, but be timeless, functional and purposeful. I want to get it right so good communication and understanding is key. Listening, asking questions and providing opportunities for client participation are all part of my process.
